​All Packages include a FREE one hour assessment which entails a body fat analysis, body measurements, and 40 min workout.

All sessions are 60 minutes long, a 50 minute workout that includes a 10 min stretch at the end of your workout depending on the clients needs.
​
I will develop a personal training program based on your fitness level and create a routine for you to follow when you're working out your own.
​
I will offer nutritional advice ( I am not a certified nutritionist) to guide you to better food consumption.

4 Sessions: $199.00 - Trail Offer (first time clients only)
8 Sessions: $480.00 - 1 extra session*
16 Sessions: $960.00 - 2 extra sessions*
24 Sessions: $1440.00 - 3 extra sessions*
36 Sessions: $2220.00 - 4 extra sessions*
All packages can be paid in full or can be broken down into three payments.
